Our Story
Hastings Property Management started with a simple idea: business spaces don’t need to feel corporate to be professional. We wanted to create spaces that feel good to work in and even better to bring clients into. Modern, functional, thoughtfully designed, and made with small businesses in mind.
What started with one building in West Fargo is something we hope to slowly grow into more spaces for people who care about what they do and where they do it.
Our Approach
We try our best to keep things simple. No hidden fees, no complicated loops, and no big-company runaround. Just good spaces, straightforward leasing, and local management you can actually get ahold of.
I’m Morgan Hastings, a therapist turned property owner who’s learned (sometimes the hard way) what makes a workspace functional, inviting, and worth the rent. I’ve been described as a bit of a go-getter, and this venture is no different. I genuinely care about the small details and believe that the overall client experience starts the moment they enter your space.
HPM is built on the same values that guide my work everywhere else: professionalism, integrity, and community. I’d add in a little humor & not taking things too seriously with those.
And yes as always, my dog Theo always somewhere close by.
