Hastings Property Management started with a simple idea: business spaces don’t need to feel corporate to be professional. We wanted to create offices that feel elevated, modern, and functional. Designed with small businesses in mind and built to grow with you.
What has started as one building in West Fargo, will be slowly growing into a network of thoughtfully managed suites for people who take pride in their work, their clients, and their environment.

Behind the Name
I’m Morgan Hastings, a therapist turned property owner who’s learned (sometimes the hard way) what makes a workspace functional, inviting, and worth the rent. I’ve been described as a bit of a go-getter, and this venture is no different.
HPM is built on the same values that guide my work everywhere else: professionalism, integrity, and community- along with a little humor and my dog Theo always somewhere close by.
