Leases are typically 12-36 months with an option to renew. If you need the space for a short term lease or part time, please still reach out as we may be able to accommodate depending on needs!

A 60-day written notice is required prior to lease end or termination.

Yes. The deposit is typically equal to one month’s rent and is refundable upon move-out if the suite is left in good condition. There are some leasing specials with deposit if you inquire!

Basic utilities, internet, and common area cleaning are included. Stocking of coffee bar & snacks. Tenants are responsible for their own suite-specific furnishings.

Yes. Each suite has an individual lock and the building has secure entry.

Yes. Tenants have access to a shared washer/dryer for business use.

Minor décor changes (wall art, shelves, etc.) are fine. Structural changes or plumbing/electrical work require written approval.

Subleasing or sharing space with another business is not permitted without prior written consent.

All tenants are required to maintain general liability insurance during the lease term. Proof of insurance must be provided before move-in and kept current.

Each suite has 2 spots located directly in front of the building. If you are looking to host large groups, please include this when inquiring. There is ADA and handicap parking available.
