FAQs

  • Leases are typically 12-36 months with an option to renew. If you need the space for a short term lease or part time, please still reach out as we may be able to accommodate depending on needs!

  • A 60-day written notice is required prior to lease end or termination.

  • Yes. The deposit is typically equal to one month’s rent and is refundable upon move-out if the suite is left in good condition. There are some leasing specials with deposit if you inquire!

  • Basic utilities, internet, and common area cleaning are included. Stocking of coffee bar & snacks. Tenants are responsible for their own suite-specific furnishings.

  • Yes. Each suite has an individual lock and the building has secure entry.

  • Yes. Tenants have access to a shared washer/dryer for business use.

  • Minor décor changes (wall art, shelves, etc.) are fine. Structural changes or plumbing/electrical work require written approval.

  • Subleasing or sharing space with another business is not permitted without prior written consent.

  • All tenants are required to maintain general liability insurance during the lease term. Proof of insurance must be provided before move-in and kept current.

  • Each suite has 2 spots located directly in front of the building. If you are looking to host large groups, please include this when inquiring. There is ADA and handicap parking available.
