Hastings Property Management offers a furnished, private office space in West Fargo with flexible rental and recurring part-time leasing options. Whether you need a professional space a few times each month or the same day every week, you can have a client-ready office without taking on a full-time lease.

    • A private & secured keypad entry furnished office

    • Furnished shared waiting area with coffee and snack bar

    • High speed Wi-Fi, all utilities

    • Shared restroom

    • On-site parking (2-3 spots at a given time)

    • Large refrigerator & microwave in break area

    Choose the block that works for your schedule, Monday-Sunday:

    Day: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
    Afternoon/Evening: 2:00 PM–9:00 PM

    Ideal for occasional client appointments, meetings, focused workdays, or professionals who only need office space periodically.

  • Monday-Sunday:

    $100 per day

    8:00 AM–9:00 PM

    Get a fully furnished office for the entire day without committing to an ongoing lease.

  • If you know you'll need the office every week, reserve the same recurring day or block at a discounted monthly rate.

    1 Half-Day Per Week — $200/month
    2 Half-Days Per Week — $375/month
    1 Full Day Per Week — $350/month
    2 Full Days Per Week — $650/month

  • Get a discounted rate without committing to the same schedule every week.

    5 Half-Day Blocks — $250/month
    5 Full Days — $450/month

    Choose your dates based on current availability. Monthly blocks must be used within the month purchased and do not roll over.

    This is a great fit for professionals whose schedules change from week to week but still need reliable access to a professional office.
